There are many things to consider when buying a house or apartment. From determining the desired location, the available budget, the amount of the bid and the conditions, drawing up the purchase agreement to the actual delivery at the notary.

There are various options for structuring this entire process. Most buyers use a purchasing agent, who, depending on the agreements you make with them, can take care of everything for you and relieve you of all the work. Some buyers prefer to stay in control and take all the steps themselves. That is perfectly fine and legally permissible. Hiring a broker is not mandatory.

Finally, others choose to do most of the work themselves but also appreciate having an experienced expert looking over their shoulder and offering a helping hand with the various steps in the process. For these buyers, our purchase guidance is a good option.
