WHO WE ARE

Squire was founded in 2015 by Erik Schadee. A small-scale company with two expert mortgage advisors. This enables us to one-on-one guide you throughout the entire process - from advice to the notary office. This way, you only have to explain everything once and it prevents important information from being lost between different departments. This sets us apart from the larger 'players' in the mortgage industry. Keywords to describe us are personal attention, expertise and creativity. Squire communicates in clear language and likes to address you with "you", but with due respect. 

Squire-Advies BV is located in Amsterdam and advises clients throughout the Randstad. The company is registered with the AFM under number 12043426.


WHAT WE DO

For many people, buying a home also means arranging a mortgage. In the maze of mortgage types, interest rates and conditions, you have to find your way to the provider that best suits you. It takes a lot of time to gather and assess all the available information. Time that you would much rather spend on the fun things that come with buying a home. 

Squire is happy to help you with advice and guidance. With proper care and attention, because you want a mortgage that fits like a glove. Since we work with all providers, we can make comparisons and ultimately make the right choices. 

Squire is involved in a number of new construction projects and is a mortgage specialist in transition construction. Even if you already have a mortgage and you want to know whether it can be improved, the Squire advisor is happy to help you.

 Free intake interview

During this interview we calculate how much you can approximately lend from the bank. Oftentimes we can also give you an indication of the monthly payments. We discuss the different types of mortgages and answer all the questions you might have. This conversation is completely free of charge and obligation.

2.

Inventory

Together we map out your personal situation. We take into account the goals you might have in mind. In order to provide fitting advice, we draw up a customer and risk profile.

3.

advice

We present to you our advice report. This clearly shows which risks may be associated with taking out a mortgage. We then determine together which mortgage structure suits you best. We compare the monthly payments and discuss the advantages and disadvantages of the most relevant banks for you. This enables you to ultimately make a well-considered decision.

4.

mediation

We take care of all administrative matters until the passing of the mortgage deed at the notary. This includes checking the documents, arranging a home appraisal, but also, for example, providing a bank guarantee.

5.

aftercare

Even after the mortgage has been completed, we are available to answer any questions you might have about the advice, the current mortgage and any other products. The aftercare is teamwork.  It is therefore important that you keep us informed of changes in your personal circumstances, such as living together, expanding your family, changing jobs and a renovation. This way, you enable us to act and advise adequately.

He spends the time to know your personal situation so he can come up with a tailor made solution that fits exactly what you are looking for. Bedankt Paul!

Via mijn dochter in contact gekomen met Paul Houweling, zij was enorm tevreden over Paul. Hier is geen woord van gelogen! Eerlijk advies, neemt de tijd, duidelijke uitleg die iedereen begrijpt en zoekt alles uit tot in de puntjes.
